School of Oriental & African Studies: Applications are invited for a Lecturer to teach on the core course of the new MSc Degree in Labour, Social Movements and Development. You will have a specialisation in labour and social movements of labour in the neo-liberal era in at least one developing country/region. Specialist knowledge of China is highly desirable, however other specialisations will also be considered. University of Adelaide: The Discipline of Anthropology & Development Studies in the School of Social Sciences wishes to hire an energetic and committed researcher and teacher to a continuing position at Level B. The successful candidate will have conducted ethnographic and/ or participatory research in the developing world, preferably with an Asia-Pacific focus. He/she will have an appropriate track record of publications and grants commensurate with a high-quality research discipline. University of Alabama, Huntsville: The Department of Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts invites applications for the Baba Budha Eminent Scholar Chair in Global Understanding.
